Abstract
Durante mucho tiempo, se admitió que las palabras de lá escritura mixteca constituían principalmente nombres de lugares y de personas. Esta idea reducía la imagen mesoamericana a algunos signos conocidos, identificados o directamente legibles, cuando toda su riqueza y complejidad no se han descubierto todavía. La especialidad de esta imagen, como escritura plástica y su relación con el lenguaje y el espacio son los asuntos que estudiaremos en este artículo, tomando como ejemplo el Códice Aubin núm. 20.In all cases, authors will retain the moral rights established by law and they will yield the right of first publication of their article to the journal.
