Abstract
Né en 1942 en Espagne, François Xavier Guerra est décéde le 10 novembre 2002 des suites d’un cancer. Le propos n’est pas ici d’évoquer en détail une biographie: un homme né espagnol et mort français, un historien et un membre éminent de l’Opus Dei. Il n’est pas non plus, pas encore, de relire et d’analyser avec la distance nécessaire une oeuvre particulièrement dense. Il est plus simplement de rappeler brièvement la sympathie qu’inspirait un grand professeur et la fécondité de ses travaux.
