Abstract
Les transitions vers la démocratie qui sont intervenues en Amérique Latine dans les années 80 ont majoritairement été analysées par la littérature comme le produit incertain de négociations entre élites. Les militaires auraient rationnellement décidé d’abandonner le pouvoir pour ne pas avoir à gérer la crise de la dette, non sans avoir pris des précautions leur assurant impunité et ressources économiques.
In all cases, authors will retain the moral rights established by law and they will yield the right of first publication of their article to the journal.
