Abstract
Este libro nació bajo el signo de la oportunidad, la congruencia el profesionalismo y compromiso tanto de su coordinadora como de las autoras. Se publicó a escasos cuatro meses de ocurrida la masacre de Acteal y se reimprime en el contexto de la campaña emprendida desde la revista Nexos por Héctor Aguilar Camín para colocar una hipótesis perversa que le permita al poder y sus personeros mantener la impunidad. Creo que la oportunidad tiene que ver con la casa que lo edita, el Centro de Investigación y Estudios Superiores en Antropología Social (CIESAS), con la sensibilidad que le acompaña para estos temas.
