Abstract
Los valles centrales de México presentan características físicas y climáticas que los han convertido en sitios muy atractivos para el asentamiento de la población desde tiempos prehispánicos. De entre estos valles, el más extenso y variado es el valle de México, que se localiza en el extremo sur de la mesa central y cubre una superficie cercana a los 10 000 km', en los cuales se incluyen parted de las jurisdicciones políticas de los estados de México, Hidalgo, Puebla y Tlaxcala, así como el Distrito Federal.In all cases, authors will retain the moral rights established by law and they will yield the right of first publication of their article to the journal.
