Abstract
Sans fausse modestie: les quelque cent pages qui suivent sont importantes. Elles éclairent certains des paramètres essentiels de la réalité mexicaine. Ceux liés à la population (n'oublions pas qu'elle a été multipliée par 9 depuis le début du siècle), ses perspectives —on nous promet 200 millions dans un siécle. Sans négliger le phénomene d'hyperurbanisation, la formation d'un "nouveau monde" —Mexamérica— qui pourrait sétendre de Guadalajara-Tampico au tiers sud-ouest de l'Union Américaine...In all cases, authors will retain the moral rights established by law and they will yield the right of first publication of their article to the journal. The work is to be registered under the Creative Commons license, which will allow the author or other parties to use what has been published, provided the authorship of the work and the first publication conducted by the magazine are rightfully cited.
