Abstract
La aplicación del modelo neoliberal económico ha provocado profundos ajustes y reacomodos en el campo del poder político en México. De 1982 a la fecha, es decir, en diez años, el Estado mexicano ha sufrido transformaciones radicales que influyen en los términos en que se da la lucha por el poder político. De un Estado con una amplia y fortalecida “autonomía” se ha pasado a una situación de marginalidad en su posición general ante la sociedad, o más propiamente, de disminución contrastante en su autonomía relativa.In all cases, authors will retain the moral rights established by law and they will yield the right of first publication of their article to the journal.
