Abstract
Hace varios años que nuestra revista semestral ha escogido la forma de los números llamados temáticos: arqueología, estudios rurales, historia, política...; pero nunca había dedicado un número al México político actual, muy actual. Que lo haga hoy, manifiesta que los tiempos han cambiado, que México sigue cambiando, que el CEMCA también cambia. De 1961 a 1983 la Mission Archéologique et Ethnologique Francaise au Mexique trabajó básicamente en estas dos disciplinas; en 1983 se transformó en Centro de Estudios Mexicanos y Centroamericanos, añadiendo a su vocación inicial todas las otras ciencias sociales y ampliando su horizonte hacia Centroamérica. Festeja su décimo aniversario como CEMCA con este Trace 23, del mes de junio de 1993.In all cases, authors will retain the moral rights established by law and they will yield the right of first publication of their article to the journal.
