Abstract
Ces quelques réflexions sur les rapports fonctionnels entre culture et centre urbain ne sont que des hypothèses, des directions de recherche qu'il conviendrait d'approfondir en les étayant sur des données géographiques et humaines plus scientifiques, qualifiées et quantifiées, Cette première démarche, surtout intuitive et empirique, devrait cependant poser les jalons d'une étude de phénomène culturel et de société tres important et signifiant.In all cases, authors will retain the moral rights established by law and they will yield the right of first publication of their article to the journal.
